My Mom's Tempura Japanese Grill's Eat-All-You-Can Cravings

There used to be a Tempura Japanese Grill at the heart of Araneta Center. We used to eat there almost every other week because of the green tea ice cream and that was I think 4 years ago. Since it closed, we never got to go to any Tempura branch... not until yesterday, June 2, 2016. No plans of going out then but mom just said, find me the nearest Tempura Japanese Grill... Then we landed at their branch at Banawe, Quezon City.

Upon entering, we were greeted by some nice crew or staff they have there, regardless if they were doing something or busy with some kind. The ambiance is calming. The lights in yellow shades is fine with us. The wall have this cute mural of cartoonish Japanese things. The tables are clean. Everything is in uniform. I like the interior of the place.

I love the place!
Nicely arranged tables... clean tables

Well, we were escorted to our table.Quickly given the menu and of course, the EAT-ALL-YOU-CAN promo for 499.00 PHP. Ooooowwwww! They are offering alot! I really mean a lot! I think more than I can remember 4 years ago.

I can't choose! Eto na lang kaya... no! Eto kaya! heheheh

My mom started with her main dish... Sukiyaki--A bowl of warm Sukiyaki soup with thinly sliced meat with the fat removed, soft and silky tofu slices (the best tofu I tasted!) generous huge pieces of shiitake mushrooms, cute flower cut veggies, vermicelli and an raw egg drop... and this is a heavenly bowl of happiness as the rain poured outside.

A bowl of warm borth full you healthy treats (PHP 305.00)
Next plate was filled with fresh Tuna and Salmon sushi and  Dynamite Ebi Roll. The Dynamite Ebi Roll is really refreshing with that mangoes, kani, shrimp and more with the hint of spice stuffed in it. A kind of playful flavor in each bite you put in you mouth...

I find this beautiful! Dynamite Ebi Roll (PHP 225.00 ala carte price) Tuna Sushi (PHP 95.00) Salmon Sushi (PHP 110.00)
My mom won't be satisfied without having a Kani Salad... those healthy greens, cucumber, mangoes and kani topped with Japanese mayo. So refreshing indeed! It was so good, she actually finished 5 servings.

That beautiful Kani Salad! (PHP 115.00 ala carte serving)
The Ebi Sushi serving was very pretty to look at... the taste was very good. you don't need any soy sauce and wasabi with it. Just pop one in your mouth and slowly chew and taste the simple flavors it burst in your mouth.

I see jewels! Ebi Sushi!

Then I tried Shoyu Chashu Ramen. A bowl of savory soy sauce ramen with their signature slow cooked tender pork bell, fish cake, corn and bean sprout came make your rainy days warm and comfy. It was so good,  I finished the whole bowl!

Shoyu Chashu Ramen (PHP 310)
My mom ordered this Crispy Crab Flakes. This dish is deep fried kani served with a spicy sauce. It is described as sinfully delicious... and indeed very delicious!

when you're trying to be healthy and they have this really good deep fried kani (PHP 130.00)
The visit won't be complete without their lemon brewed tea in tall glasses served with a slice of lemon. It was very good. I like their glasses but I preferred to have warm water whenever we are dining out.

These just too beautiful! Lemon Brewed Tea (PHP80)
One of the problem with my mom is that she intended to have the same order when she love the food. We will be back soon to try other dishes on the menu. Perhaps the King Prawn Tempura would be my first order on our next visit. Overall the place, the food and the staff are all awesome! I highly recommend to try this!
